Bosch Rexroth HAB10-330-6X/0G09G-2T111-CE bladder accumulator

HAB10-330-6X/0G09G-2T111-CE, manufacturer material number R901545024, is a Bosch Rexroth HAB series 6X bladder accumulator with 10 L nominal volume and a TNBR bladder. Its replaceable bladder separates nitrogen from hydraulic fluid for energy storage, emergency reserve, leakage compensation and pulsation damping. The hydraulic connection is 2" BSP with a radial sealing surface; the gas-side interface is ISO 4570 8V1 gas valve.

The 330 bar limit applies to the accumulator vessel, not an assembled station or shut-off block. The catalog pressure fluctuation limit is 125 bar for this pressure/volume class. Maximum admissible flow is 900 L/min. The TNBR bladder temperature range is -30 to 80 °C with compatible listed fluids. Useful delivered oil volume depends on gas charge, operating pressures and thermal process; it is not the nominal volume or the effective gas volume.

Use nitrogen of at least cleanliness class 4.0. At 20 °C, the catalog gas filling constraint is p0 ≤ 0.8 × pmax. For volume sizing, the manufacturer recommends p0 at maximum temperature approximately 0.9 × minimum operating pressure, with maximum hydraulic pressure no more than four times filling pressure. These are calculation constraints, not a specified delivery precharge. Real-gas correction factors become relevant above 200 bar; the selected manufacturer diagrams retain the isothermal and adiabatic calculation conditions.

Install with the hydraulic fluid connection at the bottom and support the vessel using clamping collars and a console, keeping tension and inertia loads off the hydraulic connection. HAB 6X is intended for stationary machinery; mobile or acceleration-loaded applications require specific manufacturer release. A suitable separately selected shut-off/safety arrangement must protect the system against operation beyond its permissible limits. Country-specific pressure-vessel conformity and delivered gas charge require the documentation of the actual installation.
