Bosch Rexroth G25A4-1X/G1G1/4 size 25 directional valve subplate

Bosch Rexroth G25A4-1X/G1G1/4 is a size 25 directional-valve subplate, factory material number R900424392. It provides a mounting face and four main hydraulic connections P, A, B and T for a matching individual valve or vertical stack. The main connections use G 1 parallel BSP threads, with G 1/4 control connections as shown in the manufacturer drawing.

The published execution uses rear external connections and the standard outer-design option. The selected article has the standard corrosion-resistance option.

The manufacturer’s May 2019 table lists a net weight of 4.9 kg; the exact row does not state a plate pressure limit. A plate rating does not establish the allowable pressure of the complete valve assembly. Confirm the complete face layout, pilot and locating holes, screw engagement and valve-specific mounting requirements before installation. Hydraulic-fluid and cleanliness requirements follow the installed components. The original manufacturer drawing is representative of the nominal-size family; use the article-specific dimensional page for the exact execution.
