Proportional pressure reducing valve DRE10-6X/50YG24K4M

DRE10-6X/50YG24K4M, manufacturer material number R901324518, is a Bosch Rexroth pilot-operated proportional pressure reducing valve of nominal size 10, series 6X, with NBR seals and subplate mounting. The valve reduces pressure in channel A and includes the check valve between A and B. It has no mechanical maximum-pressure limitation.

The printed pressure class permits command-dependent setting up to 50 bar. Ports A and B have a 315 bar mineral-oil operating limit. The external pilot return Y must connect separately to the tank at zero pressure. Maximum flow is 200 L/min under the published reference conditions.

Its 1600 mA proportional solenoid requires separately ordered, current-regulated external control electronics. G24 is the factory voltage class; it does not mean that direct 24 V switching provides proportional pressure control. The mating connector, subplate and mounting screws are separately ordered.

Hydraulic reference data use HLP46 at 40 ± 5 °C and the 1600 mA coil. Other hydraulic fluids have separate material and pressure restrictions. The original manufacturer publication is RE29276, edition 2011-03; this archived edition establishes the stated technical reference, rather than a claim of a newer edition. Actual system settings are not determined by the model code.
