Bosch Rexroth DBEM20-7X/200XYG24K4M proportional pressure relief valve

DBEM20-7X/200XYG24K4M (material number R901353031) is a Bosch Rexroth DBEM pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valve, nominal size 25, series 7X, for subplate mounting to ISO 6264. Its NBR seals and external-amplifier execution are identified by the factory designation.

The pressure class is up to 200 bar; this is a command-pressure class, not an individual delivered setting. The main stage relieves P to T. An additional maximum-pressure limiter protects against pilot-valve error. The external pilot return Y must connect separately to the tank at zero pressure. The XY execution also provides port X for unloading or external maximum-pressure limitation.

The 1600 mA proportional coil requires a separate current-regulated amplifier. G24 identifies the factory voltage class; it is not a direct on/off command or an integrated-electronics supply input. The mating connector, subplate and specified mounting screws are separately ordered.

For the 1600 mA version, the hydraulic reference uses HLP46 at 40 ±5 °C: port P (and external X on XY executions) is limited to 350 bar, port T to 315 bar, and nominal size 25 has a maximum flow of 550 L/min. The reference fluid envelope is −20 to +80 °C and 15–380 mm²/s; cleanliness is ISO 4406 20/18/15. Other fluids can impose lower pressure, temperature and service-life limits. In particular, water-containing HFC requires NBR seals, a maximum 210 bar differential per control edge and fluid temperature no higher than 60 °C. Ambient limits are −20 to 70 °C. Minimum setting pressure is flow-dependent, not zero at zero command.
