Bosch Rexroth DBEM20-7X/200XYG24-8K4M proportional pressure relief valve

DBEM20-7X/200XYG24-8K4M (material number R901353030) is a Bosch Rexroth DBEM pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valve, nominal size 25, series 7X, for subplate mounting to ISO 6264. Its NBR seals and external-amplifier execution are identified by the factory designation.

The pressure class is up to 200 bar; this is a command-pressure class, not an individual delivered setting. The main stage relieves P to T. An additional maximum-pressure limiter protects against pilot-valve error. The external pilot return Y must connect separately to the tank at zero pressure. The XY execution also provides port X for unloading or external maximum-pressure limitation.

The 800 mA proportional coil requires a separate current-regulated amplifier. G24 identifies the factory voltage class; it is not a direct on/off command or an integrated-electronics supply input. The mating connector, subplate and specified mounting screws are separately ordered.

The -8 execution has the explicitly tabulated 800 mA ±5% coil: 20.6 Ω at 20 °C, maximum hot resistance 33 Ω and 100% duty. The main hydraulic and performance tables in RE29361 are stated for the 1600 mA version; they do not establish this 800 mA article’s maximum flow, operating-pressure limit, hysteresis or response time.
