Bosch Rexroth DB10-2-5X/200Y pilot-operated pressure-relief valve

DB10-2-5X/200Y is a pilot-operated hydraulic pressure-relief valve for limiting system pressure from P to T. Factory article R900599380 is a size 10 subplate execution with NBR seals and internal hexagon with protective cap adjustment. Pilot-oil supply is internal and pilot-oil return is external; these are separate hydraulic functions. Pressure is adjustable up to 200 bar, which is an adjustment endpoint rather than a declared factory preset.

Pressure and flow ratings are operating ceilings rather than a guaranteed simultaneous operating point. Observe the relevant fluid, cleanliness, seal, installation and characteristic-curve requirements when selecting the valve.

Minimum attainable pressure depends on flow. For internal pilot return, pressure in the T line adds to the attained inlet pressure; external pilot-return piping must follow the manufacturer’s hydraulic diagram.
