Bosch Rexroth DB10-1-5X/315Y pilot-operated pressure-relief valve

DB10-1-5X/315Y is a pilot-operated pressure-relief valve, published as factory article R900513586. This nominal size 10 subplate execution has NBR seals and rotary knob adjustment. Pilot-oil supply is internal and pilot-oil return is external, which are separate hydraulic functions. The pressure adjustment extends up to 315 bar; that endpoint is not a factory-set pressure.

Use the applicable manufacturer installation, fluid-compatibility and characteristic-curve conditions. Operating ceilings and pressure adjustment stages serve different purposes and must not be treated as a single simultaneous operating point.

Minimum attainable pressure depends on flow. With external pilot return, pressure in the Y return line adds to the attained inlet pressure; it must not be treated as an internal T return. Follow the appropriate pilot connections and pressure/flow curves when selecting the operating point.
