Bosch Rexroth DB10-1-5X/100 pilot-operated pressure-relief valve

DB10-1-5X/100 is a pilot-operated seat-type pressure-relief valve for limiting system pressure from P to T. This size 10 subplate execution uses NBR seals, internal pilot-oil return and rotary knob pressure adjustment. The pressure stage is adjustable up to 100 bar; this limit is not a factory-set pressure. Minimum attainable pressure depends on flow, and return-line counterpressure increases the inlet pressure for this internal-return execution.

The published pressure and flow limits are ceilings, not an assurance that both may be reached simultaneously. Selection and installation must follow the applicable performance curves, hydraulic-fluid restrictions, mounting requirements and seal-specific operating conditions.
