KQ-022 is an Atos modular throttle check valve. This non-compensated throttle check valve provides meter-in flow control on ports A and B. An integrated check valve permits free flow in the reverse direction. Turning the setting screw clockwise reduces the throttling passage.
The standard KQ model is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar and a maximum flow of 160 L/min. It uses nominal size 10 and an ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 mounting interface for integration into a modular hydraulic valve stack.
The published characteristics describe the standard screw-adjusted model. Micrometer adjustment and reduced-flow options are separate executions.
