HQ-023 is an Atos modular throttle check valve. This non-compensated throttle check valve provides meter-in flow control on port A. An integrated check valve permits free flow in the reverse direction. Turning the setting screw clockwise reduces the throttling passage.
The standard HQ model is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and a maximum flow of 80 L/min. It uses nominal size 6 and an ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting interface for integration into a modular hydraulic valve stack.
The published characteristics describe the standard screw-adjusted model. Micrometer adjustment and reduced-flow options are separate executions.
