HQ-012 is an Atos modular throttle check valve. This non-compensated throttle check valve provides meter-out flow control on ports A and B. An integrated check valve permits free flow in the reverse direction. Turning the setting screw clockwise reduces the throttling passage.
The standard HQ model is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and a maximum flow of 80 L/min. It uses nominal size 6 and an ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting interface for integration into a modular hydraulic valve stack.
The published characteristics describe the standard screw-adjusted model. Micrometer adjustment and reduced-flow options are separate executions.
